Scope of Work

The artwork will be created in my signature style and reflect the size, subject, and overall feeling we discussed. While I will consider your preferences, I retain full creative interpretation.

Size and Medium

The artwork will typically measure

Icon/Profile Pic: 3.3 × 3.3 inches

Portrait: 8 × 10 inches

Half-body: 8 × 10 inches

Full-Body: 8 × 11 inches

Full-blown Illustration: 11 × 14 inches

These will be created using Krita.

Creative Process

One preliminary sketch/thumbnail sketch will be provided for color and composition review. Up to two minor adjustments may be made. No revisions will be made once the final artwork is underway. This ensures the integrity of the final artwork.

Timeline

The estimated completion time is 2 weeks from the date the deposit is received. I will notify you when the artwork is finished.

Delivery

Once the final payment is received, the artwork will be sent as arranged.

File Formats: PNG or JPG (PDF for print).

Receive file through (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) or email(Best for Small Files) after making final payment.

Confirm you have received and downloaded the files.

Copyright

I retain all copyright and reproduction rights. You receive the artwork for personal display.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable*. If the project is canceled after completion, the final balance remains due. The deposit may, at my discretion, be applied toward another artwork.

If the client stops communicating: I will terminate the commission and keep the deposit as compensation for time spent and no further work will be produced.

*If the vision does not align and I believe that I am not the right artist for the vision in mind: I will cancel the project, refund 70% of the deposit and keep 30% for the work done.

If using/posting on social media, please tag my social media accounts directly in the image and caption, rather than just mentioning me in the text

If you agree to the terms, agree to the Terms and Conditions when you send me a message and send a reply to this in an email stating:

“I agree to the terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions section of the Services page.”

Once I receive your reply and 50% of the deposit, I’ll begin the project.
